80-foot asteroid movin towards earth, Nasa explores

Any of the many small planets that go around the sun. They are also called minor planets / asteroid.

Asteroid often make close approach to earth, most of missing planet with couple of millions of kilometres.

Now the organization has warned that an 80 foot asteroid is coming towards earth at amazing speed and will make close approach to earth.

What can NASA do on asteroid on defence...

Hitting an asteroid with a high-speed projectile nudges its orbit. For an asteroid headed toward Earth, that could be enough to change a direct hit to a near miss. In its last moments, the spacecraft sent back a series of photographs of the asteroid, Dimorphos, as it approached at more than 14,000 miles per hour.
