Alphabet (Google) to layoffs/cut 12,000 jobs

Alphabet and parent company of well know SEO Google.
Currently it looks like it's on trend to have layoffs.
The job cuts affect teams across the company including recruiting and some corporate functions, as well as some engineering and products teams.
After delaying of bonsus of employees for long time, at last Google announces layoffs of 12,000 employees.
After Microsoft, Tesla, twitter and many companies Google/alphabet goes with flow and leads to cut-off to employees.

Sundar pichai takes responsibility of 12,000 cutoff /layoffs of employees.
On behalf of Google Sundar pichai explains that "This will mean saying goodbye to some incredibly talented people we worked hard to hire and have loved working with. I'm deeply sorry for that. The fact that these changes will impact the lives of Googlers weighs heavily on me, and I take full responsibility for the decisions that led us here." He also said that "Over the past two years we've seen periods of dramatic growth. To match and fuel that growth, we hired for a different economic reality than the one we face today."
