Swiggy to lay off 380 employees, "The food delivery company's CEO Sriharsha Majety has given several reasons for the layoff and apologized for the decision that Swiggy has taken to reduce headcounts."

As a person should not be demotivated by layoffs and to not to continue with other, he might be feeling down but on other hand he should go for more and more opportunity available in society.
